From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the impeccable service at this hotel. Not only were the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, but they went above and beyond to assist us with our heavy suitcases, even carrying them up and down stairs without hesitation. the attention to detail in the room was outstanding - from the comfortable beds to the well-appointed bathroom with luxurious free toiletries. the electric kettle provided in the room allowed us to enjoy a hot cup of tea while admiring the stunning view from our window. the flat-screen TV and carpeted floors added a touch of modern comfort to the traditional Scottish décor of the lodge. the garden furniture outside was a lovely bonus, allowing us to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast served in two courses, with a wide selection of options to choose from. Overall, our experience at this hotel far exceeded our expectations and we cannot wait to return for another unforgettable stay.
